Palm-like, sub-tropical tree that grows with an upright habit and with age will branch to produce several heads. This cultivar is a showy and vigorous plant with very dark reddish bronze sword-like leaves. Provides a tropical textural accent in any container or mixed border. Among the hardiest of Cordylines.

Cordyline australis ‘Sundance’

Cordyline are palm-like evergreen shrubs or tree-like perennials, with rosettes or tufts of linear lance-shaped, leathery leaves, and terminal panicles of fragrant, cup-shaped flowers followed by small, spherical berries. 'Sundance' is an evergreen tree with terminal rosettes of strap-shaped green leaves, shading to red along the midrib.
