Cryptomeria japonica 'Sekkan Sugi'

This interesting variety of cryptomeria is also sometimes called 'Golden Curls'. Mainly because of its very distinct, bright yellow, weeping curls at the end of each branch. The rest of the tree is a nice bright light green.
